Hi there! In this post I'm going to talk you about a subject of this semester that I like. To be honest, this semester I have been very tired (maybe because I have never been used to an academic rate like last semester), so, I feel that I haven't been able to enjoy or take advantage of any particular subject in a good way. Anyway, I hope the next semester I can achieve a better organization.
Nevertheless, if I had to choose a subject that I liked, I think it would be "Basic Psychological Processes". The dynamics of this subject is the weekly reading of a specific chapter of the text called "Motivation and Emotion", written by Reeve. In general, each class we must elaborate a hypothesis about what is seen in the assigned chapter, which, in my opinion, is a good method for our education, since it doesn't only make us read, memorize and understand the text, but also reflect on it, and try to have a scientific approach to it. In the classes, we talk about the topics seen in each chapter, and the teacher usually gives examples related to everyday life. I like this subject because of the topics it deals with, such as the psychological needs that guide our behavior, how the way wich we interact with another will affect their cognitions, their motivations and their behavior, in addition to its humanistic approach, and the applications that these theories have in parenting and education, psychology lines that interest me a lot.

The place I'd like to visit

I really like to visit so many places around the world, primarily in Latin America, but at least for now I would like to do the San Pedro-Perú-Bolivia-Ecuador track. Nevertheless, I know this wonderful track takes so many time and money, especially in San Pedro, a very expensive place, as opposed to Perú and Bolivia. So, considering this, I think that I would divide the tracks in two trips: maybe San Pedro-Perú and Bolivia-Ecuador. In San Pedro I would like to visit the "Valle de la Luna", the Tatio's geysers, the hot springs of Puritama, "Pukará de Quitor", where are Atacameño's archaeological remains, the salar of Atacama and the Chaxa lake. My Future Job.

When I was a child and I start to imagine myself in the future, I didn't think that I would become a Psychologist. By that time I wish to be a teacher, an astronaut, a pediatrician doctor, etc. Now, when I think that I will be a Psychologist, I have others work interests.  I don't even know exactly what I would to do in the future, but by this time I think I like to work as a Clinical Psychologist, but maybe related to the social area, I mean, work for the SENAME, or in high-risk social sectors in Santiago, Chile or South America, by the public system. On the other hand, I also want to work independently, be self employed, maybe in my own consulting room. I like this idea mainly because of the possibility of having a flex time job. Hi there! This time I'm gonna talk you a litlle about a topic that worries me a lot: sale of animals. Well, Have you ever seen the puppies and kittens in the places where they sell them? They keep them in cages or spaces (which are still cages, only without the irons) of no more than one square meter, whe they can barely move a few steps during the whole period that are not adopted.
